Consent should be provable, dignified, and never lost.

What we hold to 3 principles
Provable

Consent you can stand behind

A signature on a scrap of paper proves nothing years later. Every consent we capture is bound to the exact form the subject saw, with full provenance — so it holds up whenever it's questioned.

Dignified

The subject comes first

The people giving consent are often in vulnerable circumstances. Consent must be informed, in their language, and respectful of their right to withdraw — never a formality rushed through.

Durable

Never lost to the field

Connectivity fails. Paper is misplaced. Devices break. A consent record that can't survive real field conditions isn't a record at all. Ours are captured offline and never depend on a signal.

// why_we_built_this

The paper form was failing the people it was meant to protect.

Across humanitarian and development work, media consent is still collected on paper. A form is signed in the field, carried back, filed in a drawer — and hoped for when it's needed.

But paper gets lost. Ink fades. A form signed in one language is filed by someone who reads another. And when a photograph or testimony is questioned years later, the one document that proves consent was given often can't be found.

For the subject, that failure is not administrative. It's a loss of the dignity and control they were promised when they agreed to be recorded.

Agency Consent was built to close that gap — a consent record that is captured properly, stored securely, and provable for as long as it matters.

Built by

Imedia8

Agency Consent is built by Imedia8, a UK technology company that has spent over two decades building secure digital platforms for institutions that cannot afford to get it wrong.

Our work spans multilingual live streaming, digital asset management, and private AI systems — deployed for United Nations agencies, international bodies and NGOs operating in some of the most demanding environments in the world.

Agency Consent grew directly out of that work: a problem we saw repeatedly across those client relationships, and decided to solve properly.
